Two background apps handle legacy contract migration at scale: one extracts document-level fields in bulk, and the next consolidates and normalizes data across related documents that sit under the same master agreement. A third, user-facing app supports day-to-day operations by extracting terms from new vendor contracts, updating records when amendments arrive, and providing a review-and-correction interface to keep stored data accurate over time.

This provides a single source of truth for vendor contract terms, reducing manual spreadsheet work and re-review cycles, improving renewal readiness, and enabling more consistent vendor governance.
